Interview with Jean Paul Dejoria – Founder of Paul Mitchell & Patron

The following is an interview with billionaire Jean Paul Dejoria who was twice homeless living out of his car and recently sold his tequila company for $5 Billion.  My favorite parts of this interview is his statement that success not shared is failure, and that you should be in the re-order business not the order business.  Your product should be so excellent that everyone has to have it and wants it, and wants more of it, and that will drive forward your success more than anything else.
