Editorial Standards
Billionaires.com publishes interviews with billionaires and the lessons they share. These are the rules we follow on every page.
Our interviews
Every interview on this site is our own. Richard C. Wilson or a member of the Family Office Club team recorded it, or a trusted contact set it up for us. We do not pass off other people's interviews as ours. Public talks by billionaires that we did not record sit in a separate talk library and are labeled that way.
Quotes
Quotes appear word for word as spoken or written. We never change the words inside a quote, and we never make up a quote. If we shorten a quote, we cut it at a sentence break, and every quote links to its source.
Who we call a billionaire
We call someone a billionaire only when Richard has confirmed it himself or a dated Forbes or Bloomberg source shows it. We do not publish our own net worth estimates. When a figure describes a company, like assets under management or a sale price, we label it that way and do not present it as personal net worth.
Facts
Facts on this site link to their sources. Numbers carry the date they were true.
No opinion pieces about living people
We share what billionaires told us and what reliable sources report. We do not publish gossip or opinion sections about living people.
Images
We use our own interview video stills and Family Office Club event photos. We do not use AI-generated images. Our charts are built from sourced data, and each one shows its source.
Credit
When someone helps us get an interview, we thank them by name at the top of that interview page.
Evergreen pages
We write pages to stay accurate over time. We do not list event dates on this site.
Corrections
If you see an error, email Richard@Billionaires.com with the page link and what needs fixing. We review every request and correct confirmed errors quickly.
